The body of murdered British student Meredith Kercher could be released to her family for burial if a court decides not to carry out a second post mortem examination.

Lawyers and experts will appear before Perugia's prosecutor general to decide if results from the original post mortem examination accurately established the time and cause of Miss Kercher's death.
The Leeds University student, from Coulsdon, Surrey, was murdered at her home in Perugia on November 1.
Three people are in custody in connection with the killing: Miss Kercher's housemate Amanda Knox, 20; Raffaele Sollecito, 23; and 20-year-old Rudy Hermann Guede, who is awaiting extradition from Germany.
A fourth man, bar owner Diya "Patrick" Lumumba, was released from custody last week but remains a suspect in the case.
All four deny sexually assaulting and murdering Miss Kercher.
Today's hearing was requested by lawyers acting for Lumumba.
They want a precise time of death because they believe they have a cast-iron alibi for his whereabouts on the night of the killing.
Lawyers acting for Guede have said they could identify the Italian man he says killed Miss Kercher.
Walter Biscotti, who visited his client in Germany on Saturday, also told reporters that the victim's last words would be "at the heart of the defence case".
Guede admits being in the house on the night of the murder but claims he was in the bathroom when he heard Miss Kercher's screams.
He apparently heard her final words while trying to resuscitate her after having a brief confrontation with the man he claims is the killer.
